Rental Application Process:
- A completed application with signatures
- Application must include current landlord and prior landlord (if applicable)
- Copy of driver’s license for every adult applicant
- Copies of last 2 pay stubs
- Copies of last 2 months bank statements
- Copy of embassy letter stating amount of rental allowance and time period (if applicable)
- Credit and Background Check through www.cozy.co please have your property manager provide you a link to your specific property.
